Surprisingly, I received a next day response, in very good English and addressing my specific broad questions.
As a novice in the Thailand house and construction market, I was looking for a direction in terms of design standards, practical designs and constructions costs.

My first attempt to the built the house of choice was not successful, but I am happy to say that with the help of Thailand house, I was networked with contractors and designers (English speaking) and we are now nearing completion of a 200 sqm house and all that in 6 months.

I told them how many bedrooms and bathrooms we needed and within a very short time they sent me the floorplan and 3D renderings of both the interior and exterior. After making some changes they made finished construction drawings that are very professional and include every detail.
