that you like, but you need a few changes, we can help!

The following is a list of common modifications that can be done to any of our plans.

Change Exterior Wall Material
Change Ceiling Heights & design
Add/subtract Garage or carport
Change Foundation
Change door/window sizes and/or materials
Change Exterior Wall Size
Price: Modifications are done at a flat rate of 900 Baht / hour,
+ the base cost of the Builder-Ready plan you wish to be modified.

For example, Base Plan: 27,000 Baht
Modifications: Make single-car carport into double-car garage,
add brick veneer to sides and rear,
make foundation with concrete piles.
Modifications time: 9 hrs @ 900/hr = 8100 Baht

Total cost for original & modified plans: 35,100 Baht
